Windfall CB is a beautiful black stallion licensed by the Hanoverian Verband in 1997. In 2002, Windfall CB was also licensed and approved by the American Hanoverian Society, ISR/Oldenburg N.A., Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society and R.P.S.I.

Windfall CB was imported in the fall of 2000 as a 5 year old by Olympic Bronze medalist Charlotte Bredahl. Since then, Windfall has proven his ability to perform at the top dressage levels and produce quality dressage horses.

In 2001 he was named USDF Horse of the Year at Third level with a median score of 72%. In 2002 Windfall was AHS Horse of the Year at 4th level. In 2004 he was AHS and USDF Int. 1 Horse of the Year with a median score of 71%. He was also High FEI score for AHS in 2004. His show results are indicative of his great temperament and trainability, as well as wonderful elastic movement and suppleness.

Windfall CB consistently passes on great temperament, trainability, strong top lines and beautiful heads. His offspring love people and are eager to work. Windfall CBs offspring generally have a lot of suspension in the trot, a very well balanced canter and a good clear walk.

When Charlotte trains Windfall CB offspring, she says they are very light in the mouth and easy in the connection. Charlotte also shares that her own four year old Windfall CB offspring, Westpoint, is the nicest and most trainable young horse she has ever owned. She is very excited about his future.

Windfall descends from two of the most sought after bloodlines in Europe. His father Weltmeyer was the 1986 winner of the stallion licensing in Verden and in 1987 was winner of the stallion performance test and the three year old Bundeschampion in Warendorf. In 1998 Weltmeyer became Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. By 2000 he has produced 70 licensed sons. Windfall's dam-sire line descends from Furioso II, a Selle Francais who produced many spectacular performance horses. Furioso II's sons and grandsons have continued his performance and breeding successes, including: KWPN's Voltaire, Trakehner Florastan I, Oldenburger Purioso, Hanoverian Feiner Stern along with other approved German stallions and over 200 State Premium Mares.
